Help : How to organize your Stardoll wardrobe

Organization is essential when you have a lot of clothes and accessories. It is so much easier to create an outfit when you know where everything is and you don't have to scroll back and forth forever. A few years back I have written a similar post (here) but many things changed since then, many new features were added and many more clothes were purchased. I almost never used the clothes at the end of my wardrobe since it took so much time to get there. So I decided to take advantage of a feature I've never used before, the closet tab that's on the left side of every room, the one you use when you want to create a room style. It's a time consuming process, but it's worth it. You need to separate all your clothes in categories (dresses, pants, coats etc) and subcategories accroding to color, length, style. Same goes for accessories, shoes and bags. When you are done it will be so much easier to jump through pages to find a different category. Apart from beeing practical, you will notice that you can see your clothes much better now, since their are not overlapping one another. And if you keep it neat and tidy, it will save you a lot of time in the future :)

Help : How to resize and rotate clothes

I'm aware that most of you already know this trick but I've recently learned how to do it and I wanted to share it. I find it very convenient for resizing hats.

Go to your main room or one of the luxury suites (beach villa, alpine chalet e.t.c.). Enlarge the hat to the desired size (you can also make it smaller, rotate it or flip it) | Place your doll on the arrow | Now take your hat and place it on the arrow too | Wear the hat properly and you're done!

Note : There is a catch in this trick. The clothes you resized will appear messed up when you take a picture, save in your album or when you visit your starbazaar.

Help : Royalty

There are three types of members on Stardoll, non-superstar, superstar and royalty

In this post we will talk about Royalty.

A Royalty member has a silver frame on their avatar and a blue diamond. You also get the "Fit for a Queen" achievement.

How can you become Royalty?

You can become Royalty if you purchase 365 days of superstar. You don't need to buy the one year membership, just renew your memebrship whenever you like and when you reach the total of 365 days you will become Royalty.

When you are Superstar you can check how many days you have left until Royalty. To see how many Superstar days you are away from Royalty go to "My Account"

When you become Royalty you have access to the Royalty Club.

You can buy exclusive stuff from the Royalty shop.

You can also buy a free turquoise nail polish from Polished, the "Sea of Stars Polish".

Other than that you don't get any special treatment.
Many years ago exclusive gifts were given to Royalty members but that's not the case anymore.


Stardoll Royalty False Rumors
Some members spread rumors about Royalty in order to scam other members.
So, let's clear things up.
1. You can become Royalty only if you buy a membership. Only Stardoll can make you Royalty. There are members (even Royalty) who claim that they can make you Royalty. Don't believe them, block them and report them right away.
2. Stardoll Royalty has nothing to do with the Stardoll Stuff. Royalties are regular members like everyone else.
3. Royalties don't get any stardollars for free. There was a rumor that Royalty members get a monthly allowance but that's not true. They only get the stardollars they paid for.

Help : Callie's Crew

You may have noticed in some members presentations a purple "Callie's Crew" badge.

To clear things up Callie's Crew has nothing to do with Stardoll Stuff (click here to learn more on Stardoll Stuff) .

Callie's Crew is an invite only club for respected and long serving members of the Stardoll community, who help in keeping the Stardoll a fun and safe place for everyone.

Members of Callie's Crew are trusted members who contributes to Stardoll by helping other members and giving a shinning example of what a good dolly should be.

As you can understand Callie's Crew members are not employees of Stardoll, they are just regular members who are commited to keep the site safe. If you have any problem Callie's Crew is here for you. Contact them and they will do their best to help you with anything.

Help : How to get your hacked account back

If you account was hacked you need to do the following steps :

Step 1

Check if you have still access to your account with your password. If you do ,login and change your password immediately (To change your password go to : My Account --> Settings --> Change Password). Your new password must be different from your old one, with capital and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Don't use your name or username on your password.

Step 2

If you don't have access to your account because the hacker changed your password, click "forgot my password" and enter your username or email address. 

If you have a valid and confirmed email address you will receive an email from Stardoll with a link to get a new password.

Step 3

 If none of the previous steps works for you, go to Stardoll.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click 'Contact us".

 Scroll down and choose the category "Stolen Accounts". Write a message telling Stardoll that you have been hacked. You need to prove that you are the owner of the account so you must send them the original email address, your birth day and any reference number from any payment.

What is a reference number? When you buy stardollars or superstar you get a receipt on you email. You can find there the reference number.
Stardoll will then investigate what happened and you will hopefully have your account back.

**You should know that when you give your password or change your email address to an unknown one, you are responsible if you end up with a stolen account. In that case Stardoll won't refund any items or stardollars.**

Here is a quick guide on how to protect your Stardoll account from beeing hacked.

1) Create a password with letters, both capitals and lowercase, mumbers and symbols. 

2) You must not give your password to anyone. I repeat NEVER EVER reveal your password even if a stardoll friend or someone you trust asks for it. Most Stardoll accounts get stolen because the user gave away their password. If someone claims to give you stardollars for free, make you royalty or anything like that you must immediately block and report that person.

3) Always use a valid email adress. Never change your email into an unknown email.

4) Never put your login information on other sites except Stardoll.com and don't use proxies.
5) If you are using a public computer where other people have access don't check the "remember me" option or save your password when you login

We all know Callie.Stardoll.  She is the most kwown member of the Stardoll Stuff. However there are lots of members who claim to be Stardoll Stuff in order to scam you or even worse steal your account.

So, here is a quick guide on how to recognise Stardoll Stuff members and protect your account from scammers.

1. All the dolls that belong to Stardoll Stuff have a purple badge just above their presentation (see the image below)

Anyone else who claims to be Stardoll Stuff is simply lying. You should block and report them immediately!

3. Stardoll will only contact you through the message center and the message will be marked with the Stardoll logo. 

4. Stardoll will never ever ask your password, e-mail or any other personal info. So if you receive a message by someone who pretends to be a member of the Stardoll Stuff and asks for your login info to e.g. make you royalty or give you 1000 stardollars, block them and report them right away. 

Remember NEVER tell anyone your password or e-mail.

Help : Organize your Stardoll Wardrobe

I've noticed that since I've organized my wardrobe it's easier for me to make an outfit!The last two years I have bought a lot of clothes and my suite was starting to be a little messy.I had my clothes separated in three different rooms instead of my wardrobe and when I wanted to change my outfit I had to go from one room to another a couple times.So a couple of months ago I put them all in my wardrobe, in the main room of my suite.At the begging I was so lost because I couldn't find the clothes I wanted, it was a total chaos...So I organized them into categories.
In order to be more easy for you to search through your clothes and make outfits without wasting your time you should:

1. Put all the clothes in the main room and separate them in categories.For example gather all the pants together, all the dresses together e.t.c.I you have a lot of clothes you should be very patient.
2. After you're done with that start putting the clothes in your wardrobe.It's better if you use only the top row of your wardrobe.This way your wardrobe will look much neater.
3. If you are still not satisfied you can start organizing each categorie by colours.I put the darker clothes of each category first and then the lighter.
4. The same way you can organize your shoes and accesories in the small wardrobe.Separate in categories e.g. shoes,bags,scarfs,belts,hats e.t.c.If you have lots of accessories like me and it takes time to find something in your wardrobe you can always put some of them at the right of the room.I've bought some shelves and put there all my hats and jewelleries and other accessories.

Now, it takes me less time to create an outfit because it's easier to search through my wardrobe and find the pieces I'm looking for.
