The sale is for everyone! For superstars and for non-superstars! But I find it silly because you can buy the clothes if you pay with stardollars. Non-superstars can''t use stardollars so they can't buy anything -.- :\
Maybe they did that because they want to show to non-superstars that if they want to have nice clothes they must update and pay to become superstars!
