Museum Mile Fashion Vs. Art

A new collection of Museum Mile was released today. It is limited and already some of the items are sold out. The collection includes designer decor (Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Celine), five designer outfits (inspired by Elie Saab, Dior, Chanel) and a nailpolish (!). It seems that this is the last tribute store of the season. Visit our blog partner Stardoll Realbrands to see the real versions of the clothes (here)
The highlight of the collection was the "Butterfly Couture Dress". It was animated and costed 64 stardollars. By the time I got in the store is was nearly sold out. My other favourite were the "Dior Inspired Heels", for 22 stardollars, a beautiful pair of pointy black heels with nude straps. I can imagine them in a tone of outfits! The interior was my last purchase even though I don't see why this had to be limited..
Overall the collection has some interesting pieces and for a limited collection the prices are decent, close to any other tribute store.

  1. I think that Saab dress is gonna be REALLY rare. I also like this Dior heels, but unfortunaly I didn't buy them...
I bought all Chanel clothes, even thogh I think that SS14 collection is kinda ugly. But the Palette Purse was a great surprise for me - it's been a long time since Stardoll creaters made an item look so realistic, even with the brand logo.

  2. In addition, I really liked the Trash Bag insp by LV XD I hope that admins wil finnaly make an LV tribute with some classic bags like Alma. And I hope that it won't be such a failure like Louboutin tribute was...

  3. There were just 800 pieces of the dress and 600 for the shoes! I agree for the dress, people were buying it like crazy, and it's beautiful and animated!
I didn't particularly liked the other clothes, but the bags and accessories seem to be popular too!
I would also like to see a designer bag tribute, not only lv, but a collection of iconic designer bags

  4. The Elie Saab dress was gone before I even knew the collection was here. Yes, it will be very rare. Maybe they'll put it in a Callie's Picks! LOL

  5. Oh, I'd like to see Celine or Phillip Lim. I collect Dolce&Gabbana clothes and I REALLY LIKE to see a tribute. I waited for the FW13-14 collection for all this year, but the omly items from it are the glasses in Riviera and a Katty Perry statue in Supreme... I was so upset 'cause it's my favourite collection

  6. dolce gabbana collections are always stunning. I would love to see some pieces on stardoll too! However I'm not sure how well they could pull it off, I can easily imagine it going into a totally wrong direction..

  7. I barely managed to snatch one of the last pieces.. I can imagine the rage of the stardoll community when stardoll releases that dress in callie's picks issue No 300 in a few years :P
