Featured Doll : Etana

Etana is a pretty well known member of the Stardoll community. However I just discovered her and I was blown away by her creations. Take a closer look at her dress ups and you'll see that they are one of a kind outfits created by a combination of suite items and clothes! I had a really hard time choosing which looks to feature here, because every single one is stunning! You can see her outfits in her photos here. My Style : Inspired by Chanel

I should edit my posts for Callie's Picks and Museum Mile because I found a few more stuff I like a lot. I accidentally tried them on at the same time and I realised I loved them together. I'm talking about the "Multi Colorburst Dress" and "Chanel Eye Sticker". The whole outfit is far from my usual style, I mean look at this make up, it's blue and red! I really like that they create the illusion of my doll looking downwards. 

I'm also wearing this lovely wig from jennawerner (thanks to The Best Bargee Bar None for writing about it in this post) which is inspired by Amelie, my all time favourite movie!

July HotBuys

The July Hot Buys were revealed and here they are. It's a wierd collection of things, including a fur and a bikini! I can understand that in some countries around the world it's winter, but a more cohesive collection,not season based, would be more pleasant to the eyes. So far I like the "Hot Buys Tassel Choker" and the "Hot Buys Isabel Purse". You can see the Spring and Fall RTW 2014 Isabel Marant collections that Stardoll used as an inspiration here and here

In all of my years on stardoll, I have faced a lot of rudeness and bad behaviors. People like to hide behind their online persona and forget all the rules of courtesy, trying to deceive, steal and insult you. So when you find a person that is kind,helpful and generous, not because of personal interest, but because she just is a good person, it can really make your day! You are probably wondering why I'm writing all this. I happened to stumbled upon a girl a few days ago, who was willing to part with her "Tiffany Hat". No she didn't asked me over 600 stardollars for it, like most people do, but she basically gifted me. Only because she saw how much I wanted it. Just like that. That's what I'm talking about, beeing kind to other people, it's such a easy thing to do. Excuse my little rant, but I just wanted to share this little story and please excuse my english.
