Versace Tribute

The second tribute of the season is here and it is as much dissapointing as the first one. A Versace tribute was the worst desicion Stardoll could make. Like we don't have enough of these gold, zebra, leopard prints and over the top tight and revealing clothes already. I don't want to dress my doll like a trashy reality tv star. Overall a store with flat looking clothes and lack of quality and good taste. I only liked the "Vogue Chain Purse" but I do believe it's not worth 20 stardollars. 

My Style : The Abbey

You can tell by now that I'm obsessed with Downton Abbey. Part of it is because of the costumes. This fashion era is my favourite and I draw a lot of inspiration from the series. I just finished the fourth season and I can't wait for the fifth, but I'll have to wait a few months till then...

Lately on Stardoll : Saint Laurent Paris Tribute and Callie's Picks Issue No. 17 : Urban Legends

I will be honest, I'm only writing this post for my blog archive. These two new collections were fairly dissapointing and I hardly found two or three things I liked, but not enough to buy them. The Saint Laurent tribute has some cute accessories but they are overpiced, like the "Spike Velvet Bow" for 16 stardollars, and the "Heavy Chainlinnk Necklace" for 13 stardollars.

However I have spotted two dolls that managed to make those clothes work and created some stunning outfits. Marbum has styled the "Oversized Jersey" from Callie's Picks in a brilliant way, I love the whole sports luxe feeling. voula_beauty wore a black and white outfit, very classy and elegant and added a fresh and young touch with the "Hot Yellow Stilettos" from Saint Laurent Paris.

Featured Doll : jacklynjaman_

I found jacklynjaman_ through her instagram account and I was immediately impressed with her natural and beautiful face but also with her minimal and modern suite. The wooden floors and the little details, like a cup of coffee, an open book, a vase with fresh flowers, make the rooms very cozy. The color palette of black, white and gray is very modern,everything seems to work together and it gives the impression of a quite and relaxing place you can spend hours looking the view through the windows or laying in the bed with a good book.
