Lately on Stardoll : Saint Laurent Paris Tribute and Callie's Picks Issue No. 17 : Urban Legends

I will be honest, I'm only writing this post for my blog archive. These two new collections were fairly dissapointing and I hardly found two or three things I liked, but not enough to buy them. The Saint Laurent tribute has some cute accessories but they are overpiced, like the "Spike Velvet Bow" for 16 stardollars, and the "Heavy Chainlinnk Necklace" for 13 stardollars.

However I have spotted two dolls that managed to make those clothes work and created some stunning outfits. Marbum has styled the "Oversized Jersey" from Callie's Picks in a brilliant way, I love the whole sports luxe feeling. voula_beauty wore a black and white outfit, very classy and elegant and added a fresh and young touch with the "Hot Yellow Stilettos" from Saint Laurent Paris.

I found jacklynjaman_ through her instagram account and I was immediately impressed with her natural and beautiful face but also with her minimal and modern suite. The wooden floors and the little details, like a cup of coffee, an open book, a vase with fresh flowers, make the rooms very cozy. The color palette of black, white and gray is very modern,everything seems to work together and it gives the impression of a quite and relaxing place you can spend hours looking the view through the windows or laying in the bed with a good book. My Style : Windswept

A simple outfit, with the focus on the hair. I made a few changes in my make up and features. It's amazing how a  small touch up in the make up and a new pair of eyes made such a drastic change in my doll's look.

PPQ New Collection

A new collection for PPQ was released and it is inspired by their Spring Summer 2014 "Atropa Bella-Donna" collection (see the real life versions here ). Interesting info: Atropa Belladonna or Deadly Nightshade is an intoxicating plant.

The store is missing two floors, probably a glitch, but you can find the missing clothes on the catalog. I 'll update the post once it's fixed.

PPQ accessories never fail to impress me! I loved the "Floral PPQ Headpiece" and the "Western Buckles Belt". As for the clothes I choose two pieces, the "Violet Dancer Skirt" and "Breezy White Gown" which I'm wearing below as a skirt.
