Stardesign for non-superstars??

Hello everyone!
I just noticed that there is a stardesign item which non-superstars can design and buy!
It's a scarf and it costs 50 starcoins (which means 5 stardollars).
I'm not sure if this is new or it was also available before the starcoins system!But either way it's great for non-superstars!

I'm not going to write about the new starcoins system because I'm not used to it yet!
So far I don;t like it...
But the change in the starbazaar is trully great!
You can reserve an item for a specific person!
