If you account was hacked you need to do the following steps :
Step 1
Check if you have still access to your account with your password. If you do ,login and change your password immediately (To change your password go to : My Account --> Settings --> Change Password). Your new password must be different from your old one, with capital and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Don't use your name or username on your password.
Step 2
If you don't have access to your account because the hacker changed your password, click "forgot my password" and enter your username or email address.
If you have a valid and confirmed email address you will receive an email from Stardoll with a link to get a new password.
Step 3
If none of the previous steps works for you, go to Stardoll.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click 'Contact us".
Scroll down and choose the category "Stolen Accounts". Write a message telling Stardoll that you have been hacked. You need to prove that you are the owner of the account so you must send them the original email address, your birth day and any reference number from any payment.
What is a reference number? When you buy stardollars or superstar you get a receipt on you email. You can find there the reference number.
Stardoll will then investigate what happened and you will hopefully have your account back.

**You should know that when you give your password or change your email address to an unknown one, you are responsible if you end up with a stolen account. In that case Stardoll won't refund any items or stardollars.**

A fabulous post. Thanks for going to all the trouble to explain so carefully. It happened to me when I first got on Stardoll, and I got my account back doing exactly what you suggested. Very cool post.
